The Director, Ken Burrows MCQI CQP FlnstLM, has over 15 years Management experience, with 10 of those at the strategic operational level.  

His experience ranges from the Ministry of Defence having Senior Management appointments in Business, Quality Management and Assurance, Projects, Planning and Finance with delegated authority of up to >£30 million per year and 40 staff. In addition, he is a keen volunteer and in the past worked in the Charity sector as a Director for Children’s Playlink, a School Governor at a Peel Common Primary School, Chair of the Royal Naval Armament Depot Sea Angling Club for 11 years and member of the Crew Staff supporting the Pegasus Academy of Performing Arts Winterguard. His current voluntary activities include being a Sports Coach at Meadowbrook Out of School Club and as Core Director of South West Winterguard Academy.

His formal qualifications include National Examination Business Studies Management, Higher National Certificate in Business and Finance, National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) 4 and 5 in Management and IT Service Management (ITIL) Foundation. Most recently gaining Quality Assurance and Management training to IRCA standards in Internal and Lead Auditing and Quality Assurance to ISO 9001:2008. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management and member of the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) and a Chartered Quality Practitioner (CQP).
