Provide Leadership and Direction to set up a strategy to form the `South West Winterguard Academy' producing all the required documentation including Brochure, Code of Conduct, setting up a Website, Constitution, Policies, Accounts, Members forms, Newsletters, advertising and marketing letters whilst sorting guard Insurance and negotiated a partnership with `Meadowbrook Primary School and local community groups'. Through personal involvement raised over £3,000 to support development in the first year. Provided platform for SWA Cadets in 2011 to win Silver Medals at WGUk Championships.
